These Terms of Use govern your use of HomeCamCheck. By using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service

HomeCamCheck provides local camera preview, on-device person detection, optional alerts, optional local video archive, and optional local network integration on your Mac. Video analysis runs locally; Precellence does not operate a cloud video backend.

2. Subscription (HomeCamCheck Pro)

Paid features require an active subscription via the Mac App Store.

• Billing through your Apple ID
• 14-day free trial for new subscribers when offered by Apple
• Auto-renewal unless cancelled at least 24 hours before period end
• Manage in System Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
• Use Restore purchases after reinstall

3. License

Personal, non-transferable license for lawful use on Macs you control. No redistribution or unlawful surveillance.

4. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for lawful camera use, equipment, optional third-party integrations, and network exposure settings.

5. Third-party services

Telegram, SMS providers, and similar services are governed by their own terms. Precellence is not responsible for third-party fees or failures.

6. Privacy

See our Privacy Policy. Processing is local; optional alerts go only to services you configure.

7–8. Disclaimers and liability

Provided “as is”. Do not rely on the app as your only security system. Limited liability to the extent permitted by law.

9–10. Changes and Apple

We may update these Terms. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of App Store license terms.
